Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, here's how returns work:

• Return window: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• How to start a return: Contact us with your order number and the item you'd like to return, and we'll send you instructions.
• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to your original payment method.
• Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, opened feeding, bath, or care items cannot be returned unless faulty.
• Damaged or incorrect items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
